Staff Software Engineer - Fullstack
Indexed description
Your focus is the product surface: the interfaces where people hand work to the agents, follow along, step in when they want, trust what comes back, and manage them. You would build this end to end, the screens and the services behind them. The experience has to stay clear and fast enough that people rely on it for real work and interact with tools they already use.
We want people who already build with AI every day. You use coding agents in your own workflow, and you have shipped product features to production, front to back. You know how an interface holds up once real users are in it, and you care about how a product feels to use. You would join a team that stays close to its users and holds a high bar on quality. We take ownership together
