What You'll Do
As a Software Developer, you'll build and enhance the internal applications used throughout our organization.
Your work will include:
- Developing and maintaining Windows desktop applications using C# and VB.NET
- Writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions
- Designing and improving reports that help drive business decisions
- Working with large datasets to improve performance and usability
- Collaborating with business users to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions
- Troubleshooting application and database issues
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to development standards and best practices
- Contributing ideas that improve existing applications and processes
What We're Looking ForRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Professional experience developing applications using C# and/or VB.NET
- Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience, including:
- Complex queries
- Stored procedures
- Views
- Functions
- Database design fundamentals
- Experience debugging and maintaining existing applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
Preferred
- Experience with WinForms or WPF desktop applications
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting tools
- Familiarity with Entity Framework
- Experience optimizing SQL performance
- Experience integrating third-party APIs
- Exposure to OCR, document automation, or AI technologies is a plus
