At AdCubes, brands show up inside video as 3D objects, not as ads bolted on top. We take existing creator videos and place a brand's product into the actual scene, no reshoot, no pre-roll, no interrupting the content. Brands get scale and clean measurement, creators get recurring revenue without breaking their format, and we handle the production, the matching, and the reporting in between.

We're small enough that most problems land on your desk as a rough idea, not a spec. You end up deciding what "done" even means before you build it.

We want to work with a senior engineer with a builder's mindset: who's genuinely fine with that ambiguity, not just tolerating it. You take a real business problem, work closely with executives and the founders to figure out what's actually worth building, and see it through to something real and shipped. We expect and encourage you to leverage AI/LLMs for your daily tasks and help the team adopt AI-driven, clean coding environments.

What you'll work on

• Turn incoming problems with a scope into an actual plan, not just a ticket
• Back-end services in Supabase and NestJS
• Next.js dashboards people don't dread opening
• Agentic workflows and the knowledge layers underneath them
• Cloud deployments across Vercel, GCP, and AWS
• Testing and CI/CD good enough that shipping isn't a nail-biter
• Specs and requirements docs when they're worth writing, and pushback when scope doesn't match reality

What we're looking for

• 3+ years with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Real cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/GCP), not just tutorials
• Solid Python for backend automation and integrations
• Two or more large production projects you've actually shipped
• Comfortable writing unit and e2e tests
• A pull toward the product side: you want a say in what gets built, not just how
• Genuinely okay with loose specs and fast iteration, not just claiming to be in an interview
• Fluent in Turkish and English

Bonus points if you bring

• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering (OpenAI, Anthropic, open source models)
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar
• Background in RAG systems or vector databases
• Hands-on time with Modal, Supabase, or Vercel
