If you want to be the “Software Developer” we are searching for our Corporate Credit Disbursement Team team of Technology Group to work in a global company with flexible hours in casual dress-code every day, and in flexible places day in a week in our Maslak Headquarters and to take care of backend development;


If you think you have most of the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in Java backend development, object-oriented programming principles, and software design patterns.
  • Solid knowledge of Java 17+, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Maven, RESTful APIs, and Oracle Database.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining API-driven applications and microservices.
  • Knowledge of messaging and event-driven architectures using technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  • Knowledge of .Net Framework, ASP.NET, C# is a plus
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices, test-oriented development (TDD) and modern software development methodologies.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and Agile ways of working.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with a passion for learning new technologies and delivering high-quality solutions.

If you are ready to take responsibility for the following:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions supporting our fintech products and services.
  • Build and enhance backend APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate technologies.
  • Develop and maintain user-facing applications and interfaces using ASP.NET technologies.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of modern, secure, and high-performance system architectures.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and recommend innovations that can bring value to our products and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, standards, and development best practices.
  • Work effectively within Agile teams and contribute to successful sprint deliveries.
