Responsibiliti

• esDesign, build, and enhance backend applications that support middle-office and financial operation
• s.Develop data pipelines and services that improve reporting, analytics, and business decision-makin
• g.Create scalable, reliable, and maintainable software using modern engineering practice
• s.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and translate business needs into technical solution
• s.Test, troubleshoot, and refine applications to ensure performance, stability, and accurac
• y.Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, issue tracking, and continuous improvement initiative
• s.Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement automation or process enhancements that increase operational effectivenes
• s.Partner with technology teams to deploy, support, and optimize applications in production environment

s.Qualificatio

• nsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent software development experienc
• e.Experience developing backend applications using .NET technologies, Python, or similar modern framework
• s.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, relational databases, and development best practice
• s.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholder
• s.Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn new technologie
• s.Exposure to financial services, analytics, operational systems, cloud technologies, AI-enabled development tools, or related business environment
