Senior Full-Stack Engineer (C#/React - JTL AI Service Desk)

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our AI Customer Support platform team and help us build modern tools and services that improve customer support operations through automation and intelligent workflows.

You will work on customer-facing and internal applications that support agents, operational teams, and AI-driven processes. The role combines backend engineering, frontend development, and integration of intelligent platform capabilities into scalable enterprise applications.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, AI specialists, and stakeholders to deliver reliable and user-friendly solutions in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR EXCITING TASKS

• Design and develop backend services and APIs using C# and .NET technologies
• Build modern frontend applications and interfaces using React
• Develop scalable integrations and workflows across platform services
• Collaborate with AI and product teams to implement intelligent support features and automation
• Work closely with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Improve application performance, maintainability, and reliability
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions
• Contribute to engineering standards and development best practices

• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET ecosystem
• Experience building scalable backend services and APIs
• Experience building frontend applications with React
• Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend systems
• Strong understanding of software architecture and modern application design
• Experience working with REST APIs and service integrations
• Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Experience working on customer support, CRM, or operational platforms
• Experience integrating AI or automation capabilities into applications
• Familiarity with distributed systems and asynchronous processing
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices
• Understanding of authentication and access control patterns
