SharePoint / Power Platform Developer - HN/DN/HCM

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of both on-premises and modern SharePoint

development, including SPFx, and be proficient in Power Platform development. Additionally, the

candidate should possess extensive experience in migrating and transforming legacy farm solutions,

Nintex workflows and forms, SharePoint Designer (SPD) workflows and forms, as well as InfoPath

solutions into modern Power Platform equivalents.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• SharePoint Platform Mastery: Demonstrate a deep understanding of SharePoint Online and onpremises versions (2016, SE), including architecture, site collections, lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Extensive experience of SharePoint On-premises development, including farm solutions.
• Proficiency in modern SharePoint development, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Migration Expertise: Proven experience in migrating content and customisations from legacy
• SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online and Power Platform, including handling Nintex workflows and forms, managing large-scale site migrations with complex metadata and permissions, and using tools like Sharegate or PowerShell for automation.
• Nintex Workflows & Forms: Ability to assess, migrate, or rebuild Nintex workflows and forms.
• SharePoint Designer (SPD): Experience in analysing and replacing SPD workflows and forms, often requiring transformation into Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
• InfoPath forms: Proven ability to migrate InfoPath forms to modern solutions such as Power

Apps or other modern platforms.

• Power Platform: Strong command of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Capable of designing modern replacements for legacy workflows and forms.
• Front-End Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or
• Angular, particularly within the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Back-End Development: Strong command of C#, .NET, and REST / Graph APIs.
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using ShareGate for migration tasks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Support post-migration troubleshooting and user enablement.
