Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Back End Development Lead to join a leading financial organization in Central Israel

This is a high impact opportunity to lead professional development teams take full ownership of a critical core system and influence the technological direction of complex enterprise platforms including the integration of AI capabilities into development processes

Responsibilities

Lead and professionally manage development teams in an Agile environment

Take end to end ownership of a critical enterprise system

Lead Code Review processes work closely with architects and implement development Best Practices

Maintain upgrade stabilize and improve complex Legacy systems

Work with C# ASP.NET WebForms ADO.NET Entity Framework SQL Server IIS Web Services WCF REST SOAP SSIS SSRS GIT Bitbucket JIRA and CI/CD

Drive technical excellence across development processes and core financial systems

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience with C# ASP.NET and WebForms including current hands on WebForms experience which is mandatory

Significant experience in large and complex organizations such as banks or insurance companies

Proven experience maintaining and leading critical Legacy systems

Deep expertise in SQL Server including complex queries Stored Procedures performance optimization and IIS

Strong experience integrating with Web Services WCF SOAP and REST

Experience professionally leading development teams conducting Code Reviews writing Technical Design documents and managing Agile development processes

Experience working with GIT Bitbucket JIRA and CI/CD
