Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Location: Remote (Guadalajara)


Job Summar

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, C#, React, SQL Server, and Azure, with experience building modern web applications, integrating APIs, and enhancing enterprise systems. This role involves developing new features, maintaining existing applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging AI-powered capabilities to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
  • Build and enhance applications using C#, .NET, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL Server.
  • Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Maintain and optimize SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures.
  • Deploy, monitor, and support applications in Microsoft Azure.
  • Enhance existing systems while developing new solutions to improve business workflows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application performance, reliability, and security.
  • Integrate AI-powered capabilities into applications where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL Server.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and Azure Service Bus.
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating AI/ML services into enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint).
  • Experience with workflow management platforms such as Smartsheet.
  • Understanding of enterprise application architecture and domain-driven design
