I'm currently working with a global technology consultancy on an exciting AI-focused programme that's transforming the way software is built.

This project is creating a next-generation AI-native engineering platform, bringing together modern development tools and AI capabilities into a single platform that will fundamentally change how engineering teams deliver software.

We're looking for an experienced Lead .NET Engineer who enjoys staying hands-on while leading a small, high-performing team.

🚀 What You'll Be Doing

• Lead a team of 2-4 developers and testers
• Remain hands-on, delivering high-quality production code
• Act as the primary technical contact for client stakeholders
• Drive best practices through mentoring and code reviews
• Design scalable, maintainable software solutions
• Champion improvements across development processes and tooling
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

✅ We're Looking For

• Strong commercial experience with .NET Core and React
• Previous experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset
• Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure
• Strong understanding of microservices and modern software architecture
• Passion for improving engineering practices and software quality

🕒 Working Hours: You'll need to overlap with the US team, with 2:00-6:00pm CET as a minimum (2:00-7:00pm CET preferred), making this an ideal opportunity if you prefer starting your day a little later.
