Production Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer III (SDE III) to provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and support web, mobile, API, and cloud-based applications while driving Agile best practices, automation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of software features and services.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive cloud adoption, CI/CD automation, and DevOps best practices.
• Design and optimize databases, APIs, and application architectures for performance and scalability.
• Enhance software quality through automated testing, code reviews, and security controls.
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to deliver business value and resolve production issues.
• Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, .NET, or Go.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of modern web and mobile development frameworks, including Angular, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, and Xamarin.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and automated testing tools.
• Proven success working in Agile Scrum environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
