Backend Developer C# / .NET / Java in Budapest

You will …

• design and develop software components for the backend of a cloud-based platform (including web applications).
• specify interfaces, evolve them independently, and integrate external and internal APIs for seamless system connectivity.
• configure, build, and deploy individual components using containers, ensuring a flexible and scalable infrastructure.
• write unit and integration tests to continuously ensure software quality.
• monitor the software in production and ensure a stable and secure system landscape.
• actively participate in knowledge sharing and transfer on the in-house training platform "aka".
• collaborate closely with colleagues and engage with other agile, cross-functional teams.

What you bring

to the table

• solid expertise in backend development with C# (.NET) or Java Spring Boot
• initial hands-on experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes is a plus
• proficiency with Git and a basic understanding of Git Flow
• quick comprehension and a structured working style
• business fluent in Hungarian
• advanced English skills as you will speak English with your colleagues nice to have: German language skills
• nice to have: German language skills, experience with Clean Code principles and TDD
