Primary Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
- Design and implement high‑quality product features, including reusable components, frameworks, and libraries that support long‑term scalability and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT partners to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Develop scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions aligned with architectural standards and engineering best practices
- Contribute to and operate within an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other team ceremonies
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement durable solutions to improve system performance and stability
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and adherence to established development standards
- Continuously improve the software development process and contribute to the technical roadmap through innovation and thought leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET Core, MS SQL/T-SQL, and building web and Windows applications
- 5+ years of experience with front-end and API technologies, including React, jQuery, AJAX etc.
- 2+ years of Cloud and DevOps experience, including Azure Cloud, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD tools
- 1+ years of experience developing services, functions, and patterns using AI coding tools
- Healthcare industry knowledge
- Expertise in performance and scalability optimization
