Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Architect / Lead Developer to join the Traffic Safety Solutions team. You will be responsible for defining technical architecture, developing and modernizing mission-critical railway applications, supporting real-time systems, and providing technical leadership within a complex operational environment.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Software Development and Architecture.
• Strong expertise in C, C++, Qt, C#, .NET, Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Experience with Angular, Blazor, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git, AWS, Azure, Kafka, MQTT, Elasticsearch.
• Experience with real-time systems, software integration, legacy modernization, and DevSecOps.
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience in safety-critical or railway environments is a strong advantage.

Certifications

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (or equivalent)
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (or equivalent)
• AI-related certifications are considered an asset.
