This role is designed for professionals who go beyond writing code—individuals who can understand complex business challenges, critically evaluate solutions, leverage emerging technologies, and accelerate the delivery of impactful digital products. We are seeking adaptable, full-stack engineers who are comfortable working across different technology layers, embracing new tools, and pioneering the integration of Generative AI and prompt engineering methodologies into the daily development lifecycle to optimize workflow efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and maintainability.

As a Full-Stack Software Developer (AI Integration & Prompt Engineering), you will:

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality end-to-end software solutions.
• Take ownership of full-stack technical workstreams and contribute to end-to-end project delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to solve complex business problems.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to 8x personal productivity, accelerate delivery velocity, and enhance code quality.
• Develop, test, and refine advanced system prompts and context-sharing strategies to automate repetitive development workflows and enhance code generation accuracy.
• Apply critical thinking to challenge assumptions, assess trade-offs, and critically review/audit AI-assisted code outputs to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decision-making, and solution design across both frontend and backend systems.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, AI literacy, and continuous learning.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, database optimization, testing practices, and DevOps principles.

Key Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Solid grasp of backend logic, API design, database management, and modern frontend ecosystems (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Demonstrated proficiency in interacting with LLMs, including an understanding of advanced prompting techniques, context window management, and mitigating model hallucinations.
• Knowledge of Communication Protocols and data formats (e.g., REST, HTTP, JSON).
• Knowledge of Relational Databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL).
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose when an AI-generated solution is optimal versus when a traditional architectural approach is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with a focus on documenting prompt configurations and sharing AI-driven best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in agile and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Greek and English is a must.
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and continuous improvement mindset.

Bonus Qualifications

• Practical experience integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) directly into production software.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases, Embeddings, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience working fluidly across multiple technology stacks and cloud infrastructures automated via AI-driven scripts.
• Strong architectural thinking and the ability to connect technical decisions with AI-driven workflow optimization.
