Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who can lead the transition from legacy workflows to modern, automated solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
This Role Is Heavily Focused On
- Building model-driven Power Apps and workflows
- Developing API-based integrations between systems
- Designing cloud-native solutions in Azure
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Modernization (Primary Focus)
- Replace legacy workflow systems with model-driven Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
- Design and implement standardized automation patterns across the bank
- Build scalable, reusable workflows using Dataverse and Power Platform
- Partner with business teams to streamline and automate critical processes
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and system integrations
- Connect internal systems and third-party platforms securely and reliably
- Perform data mapping and transformation across systems
- Build and support solutions in Microsoft Azure
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
- Use Infrastructure as Code to provision and manage environments
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and observable
- Strong experience building Power Apps (model-driven) and Power Automate workflows
- Proven ability to design and deliver API integrations (REST/JSON)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Ability to simplify complex processes into efficient automated solutions
- Experience in regulated industries (banking, finance)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or RPA tools
- Exposure to SharePoint
- Practical experience delivering real automation outcomes, not certifications
- A focus on standardization, scalability, and simplicity
- Ability to drive change and modernize legacy processes
- Minimum of five years software development experience required
- Hands-on software trouble-shooting experience.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
