Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a Sr. PDM Analyst to join a stellar team. Sr. PDM Analyst develops, implements and evaluates processes ensuring business goals and cost requirements are met. Monitors, assesses and ensures high levels of productivity and delivery to achieve planned ROI. Works with software and internet applications including performance issues, maintenance, system resources, and service and support internet sites. Provides outsourced operational/transactional business process support for clients. Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of both the client needs and contract.
Work Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be coming into our Edgewood office 2 days a week andgiven the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Duties typically include support for routine "back office" processes, data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings.
- Decision making is tightly controlled and defined at lower job levels while greater latitude is permitted at higher levels, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments.

-Impacts own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related; suggests improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team
Interpersonal Skills:
-Evaluates and communicates technical content in a clear manner
This role supports Broadridge's Post Sale regulatory document management and fulfillment products, including the processing, maintenance, web presentment, and print fulfillment of prospectuses and related regulatory documents across multiple investment product types.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting post-sale fulfillment operations within the financial services industry, including regulatory document processing, document fulfillment, web presentment, client support, or related operational functions.
- Understanding of regulatory document management and fulfillment processes supporting mutual funds, ETFs, ETNs, UITs, corporate bonds, municipal bonds, structured products, and other investment securities.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, perform detailed analysis, identify process improvement opportunities, and effectively communicate with clients, business partners, and technology teams.
- Ability to understand, document, and explain end-to-end operational workflows and system dependencies.
- Ability to identify risks, ask effective questions, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Experience developing business requirements, process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training guides, and process maps, along with supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect identification, results validation, and coordination with technology teams.
- Ability to provide functional guidance and subject matter expertise to team members.
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills with experience working across Operations, Product, Technology, Client Services, and other cross-functional teams.
- Off-hour engagement when required
Salary Range: 70,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD annual
