Sr Net and React Developer + AI

We are seeking a Senior .Net Developer with solid experience in the .NET ecosystem, covering both legacy technologies and modern versions (.NET Core and .NET 9 or higher) and React to join our team in LATAM. This position is open for candidates located in Colombia, Uruguay, Mexico, Chile or Argentina

As a Senior Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications.
• Ensure that technical software development process is followed on the project, familiar with industry best practices for software development.
• Develop applications in languages including .Net, React and IA tools
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.

Qualifications:

• Strong backend profile with at least 5 years of experience in .Net
• Frontend experience with React, using .NET (ASP.NET or similar)
• Experience with event-driven development (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Solid conceptual foundations in Software Development
• Experience with AWS
• Experience or prior exposure to AI tools, primarily Cursor and Claude Code
• Advanced English Skills (B2/C1)

Nice-to-Have:

• Focus on software quality, with exposure to Test Driven Development (TDD) or Shift Left Testing
