Our client is an interpretation management system where the clients can request for interpreter through the phone or the application on-demand or pre-scheduled. InterpVault is a modernization of an existing legacy application which still co-exists and due for the sunset as the features are migrated to the new application.

Project Technology Stack
Frontend: React 18 + TypeScript
Backend: .Net Core Web API
Database: MS SQL Server
Infrastructure: On-Prem; K8s Cluster
Cloud: Azure (Storage Account, Container Registry, Container Apps, Service Bus, MSSQL)
Deployment: Azure DevOps for build pipelines, ArgoCD for deployment.
Key Components: Twilio, PubNub, ELK, ArgoCD
Observability: ELK (Logging and APM)
What you need to succeed:
- Possess good requirement understanding and good analytics skill
- 10 + years of experience in the .Net based Web API development and frontend application development with React + TypeScript.
- Good knowledge of the MS SQL Server and writing performant efficient queries.
- Good understanding and execution of modular monolith and microservices architecture.
- Experience in log and observability management system like ELK (will be plus), New Relic
- Understanding of the CI / CD process, especially with Azure DevOps
- Working experience in the container and container orchestration like the Kubernetes cluster management and deployment.
- Understanding of SSO (Open ID, SAML) working. In specific to the Azure External ID tenant.
What you will do:
- Participate in the active development of new features, bug fixes and enhancements of the application backend services and frontend application.
- Take part in the technical design discussion with the client and offshore team on an existing or new requirement.
- Provides technical recommendation, document the behavior for the functional and operations team.
- Triage a production issue or production feedback and detail it for the developers to take it up. Fix smaller low hanging but impactful fixes.
- Analyze the logs, database audits
- Collect logs from different systems involved
- Create detailed internal and client facing documentation to support the user provisioning, SSO configuration.
- Support the client IT team and development team on the technical validation.
- Perform the code review peer developers and ensure the standards are met.
- Perform the audit of the application using ELK logs, Database records and traceability to create tech debts to be taken up.
- Create and share SQL queries, Store procedures for backend processing of the data which are not currently built in the system.
- Joint testing session to troubleshoot the client or user specific behavior which the support or operational team needs and not able to troubleshoot.
- Improve the database performance of the queries which required enhancement and blocking or increasing the latency.
- PR Review, Merge, participate in the UAT, Production release activities along with the DevOps team.
