About the role:
We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys building things end to end, from polished interfaces to the backend services that power them. This role can flex to suit you: whether you're a true 50/50 full stack engineer or someone who leans more front-end, we're interested in strong engineers who care about the whole picture.
What you'll do:
- Design, build, and maintain modern web applications across JavaScript/TypeScript (React) and C# (.NET)
- Support and enhance backend services to keep integrations solid and systems reliable
- Partner with designers and product to take ideas from concept to something users love
- Contribute to architectural discussions across the stack, with a focus on maintainability and scale
- Follow engineering best practices around code quality, accessibility, and continuous improvement
- Stay curious about emerging technologies and share what you're learning with the team
- Write high-quality, testable code that holds up in production
- 3+ years building production software in full stack roles
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and solid React experience, plus working knowledge of C# and .NET
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices
- Familiarity with DevOps tooling like GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Octopus
- Azure or cloud experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
- A genuine care for building interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and accessible
- Strong testing instincts and a commitment to reliable delivery
- Someone who communicates well, collaborates naturally, and enjoys cross-functional work
- Curious by nature and energised by learning in a fast-moving environment
- Collaborative teams – a flat structure means everyone can learn from colleagues and senior leaders around the business.
- Be involved – come together with all of your colleagues every 100 days to share the product and technology roadmap and business strategy.
- Flexible working environment – we’re headquartered in North Sydney with state-based workplaces and offer a flexible work policy.
- Family support – industry leading 26 weeks paid parental leave.
- Purpose built spaces within our office – designed for collaboration, brainstorming, socialising, and focused work.
- Range of benefits supporting your physical, psychological and financial wellbeing. From a day off on your birthday to excellent end of trip facilities.
