Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to agile methodologies are integral parts of the daily workflow, enabling continuous improvement and timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure consistent quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with back-end development using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Familiarity with database design and management using SQL Server or equivalent.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
