At Convermax, we’re developing a powerful search engine tailored for online auto parts stores. We’re looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our team and help deliver exceptional customer support. This role requires a unique blend of strong communication skills and technical expertise — you’ll be assisting customers by directly troubleshooting, debugging, and fixing code issues.
On the client side, we work with JavaScript / React / Redux, and on the server side, we use C# and .Net. This is a complex, high-performance system with a distributed architecture where milliseconds count. Currently, around 500,000 users rely on our service every day.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical inquiries and support requests via email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve straightforward issues (in C# and JavaScript code)
- Escalate complicated cases to the development team when needed.
- Keep customers informed on the status and progress of their requests.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with C# and .Net on Backend.
- Web development skills in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
