About the Company

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint & EPM Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise collaboration platforms and project portfolio management solutions. The role is responsible for developing and administering Microsoft SharePoint environments and Enterprise Project Management (EPM / Microsoft Project Online / Project Server / Power Platform) solutions to improve business processes, document management, workflow automation, governance, and portfolio reporting across the organization.

The role is responsible for developing and administering Microsoft SharePoint environments and Enterprise Project Management (EPM / Microsoft Project Online / Project Server / Power Platform) solutions to improve business processes, document management, workflow automation, governance, and portfolio reporting across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online / On-Premises environments.
• Build intranet portals, document management systems, knowledge bases, and collaboration sites.
• Configure lists, libraries, metadata, permissions, and governance policies.
• Develop custom web parts, forms, dashboards, and integrations.
• Manage migrations, upgrades, backups, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain EPM systems using Project Online / Project Server / Planner / Power BI / Power Apps.
• Configure workflows, approvals, resource planning, risk registers, issue logs, and dashboards.
• Integrate EPM tools with ERP, HR, Finance, and operational systems.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and IT governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of SharePoint development/administration experience.
• 3+ years of EPM / PMO systems experience.
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabia / GCC market preferred.
