📍This role is hybrid, with on-site presence required in Bucharest (5 days per month).

🚀 First who?

• You are a .NET Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience building web applications.
• You have strong expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL, along with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and JSON. You write clean, maintainable code following OOP and SOLID principles and enjoy taking ownership of your work.

Nice-to-have:

• Angular, React, or Vue
• Experience in the insurance domain

🚀 Then what?

• You will work alongside Business Analysts, Software Architects, and fellow developers to design, develop, and maintain business applications.
• From technical analysis and implementation to testing, production support, and continuous improvement, you'll contribute throughout the entire software lifecycle while helping improve existing solutions and mentoring other team members.

📌 Your mission

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET technologies
• Perform technical analysis and implement new features
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and developers
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide 3rd-level support
• Participate in code reviews and support other developers
• Identify opportunities to improve applications and automate processes
