Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Frontend & Backend Developer role based in Irvington, NJ. The developer will design, build, and maintain web applications that support UniPro’s online management system, including customized order forms, client portals, and budget and invoice management tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, developing secure and efficient server-side functionality, integrating databases and APIs, and ensuring system reliability and performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve user experience and operational efficiency. The developer will participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and support upgrades and new feature deployments.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, such as server-side programming, database integration, and API development.
• Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills that span full-stack application design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Candidates should possess Programming skills with proficiency in at least one major language commonly used in web development (e.g., JavaScript a most, Perl, Python, PHP, or similar).
• Candidates should possess Web Design skills to create intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment.
