We're supporting our client - a well-established membership organisation - in their search for a Full Stack .NET Web Developer to join their Digital Team.

Key facts:

Contract: 12-month fixed term

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid – home working with approximately 4 days per month in the Buckinghamshire office

The role

You will play a core role in building and enhancing the organisation's web platforms, including its main website and customer-facing services, which is a key revenue-generating asset for the business. Working closely with the Solution Architect, Product Owner, and wider stakeholders, you'll deliver secure, high-quality, performant solutions across the full stack, while supporting the smooth running of existing systems and resolving production issues.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering new features and enhancements across the full stack (C#/.NET, front end, and CMS)
  • Translating user stories into robust, well-tested, maintainable code
  • Collaborating with Product Owners, UX/CX, analysts, and third-party agencies
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and ensuring repeatable, low-risk deployments
  • Monitoring application performance and troubleshooting production issues
  • Writing and maintaining technical documentation
  • Applying secure coding practices in line with InfoSec and GDPR standards

About you

  • Strong professional experience as a full-stack developer using C# and .NET/.NET Core
  • Experience integrating with third-party systems via REST/JSON APIs (e.g. CRM platforms such as Salesforce/SFMC)
  • Solid grounding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging ability

What’s on offer

You’ll join an organisation that values innovation, collaboration and delivering meaningful digital improvements.

This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, learning-focused digital team where you'll have real influence over both technical direction and delivery.
