- Leading the design, development, and integration of internal and external core applications
- Providing Tier III support and guiding mid-level developers
- Participating in technical planning, code reviews, and ensuring project milestones are met
- 5+ years of lead developer experience with a related 4-year degree, OR 9+ years of equivalent professional experience
- Strong background in React, .NET, C#, SQL, and related front- and back-end frameworks
- Experience with DevOps, Bootstrap, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps Server
- Proven ability to design, code, test, and maintain financial applications or web-based systems
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
