Mō te Tūranga | About the role

The Lend & Protect Tribe (L&P) is an Enterprise Tribe that looks after customer experiences for home lending, insurance, and business lending. As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will be supporting our Business Banking squads which own our Business Lending Origination applications.

We Are Looking For An Individual That Will Take Ownership Of Our Quality, Drive Continuous Change For The Squad And Customers To Ensure We Are Delivering Best Possible Outcomes. You Will Work Collaboratively With Our Squads And Stakeholders To Be The Voice Of Testing And Deliver Products That Delight Our Customers. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• 5+ years of software test engineering experience
• Develop / maintain test automation framework for Web, Desktop & APIs
• Desktop, Web and API Test automation experience with C# (or any programming/scripting language)
• Financial/Banking/Insurance domain experience
• Proven knowledge across functional, system, integration, and end to end testing
• Produce/contribute/maintain test artefacts including cross system E2E scenarios
• API testing experience using Postman or similar tool
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Good understanding and experience of working using Agile principles

In addition, any of the following would be an advantage:

• Working knowledge of performance testing preferably Load Runner
• Complex enterprise systems experience
• Experience with Lending applications
• Certified in ISTQB Fundamentals
• Experience with ACCEQL
• Testing Salesforce(nCino) experience
