- Build scalable, efficient, and high‑performance software components
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Analyze requirements and deliver solutions that follow industry best practices
- Use your Microsoft SQL Server knowledge to create and maintain relational databases, schemas, and stored procedures
- Participate in code reviews, helping uphold high standards of quality, maintainability, and performance
- Work with project managers to ensure timely and within‑scope delivery of software projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3-5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft .NET C# software development
- Strong experience working with Microsoft SQL Server
- Solid understanding of software development best practices and modern methodologies
- A track record of delivering high‑quality, well‑structured software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and spoken
- Eligibility to work in the EU full-time and permanently, without employer sponsorship
