Power Platform Developer

Design and build business applications, workflow automations, reporting solutions, and AI-enabled digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. In this role, you will work closely with business analysts, clients, and technical teams to create scalable solutions that improve efficiency, simplify business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
• Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other business systems.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Build integrations and automate end-to-end business processes.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to AI-enabled automation initiatives, including solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and agentic AI concepts.

Requirements

• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform connectors.
• Understanding of business processes, data structures, and workflow automation.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, or SQL is an advantage.
• Interest in AI-enabled automation, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or agentic AI solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Platform ALM, solutions, environment strategy, and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Pages, or Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts, such as AI agents, tool orchestration, human-in-the-loop validation, and integration with business workflows.
• Experience with Azure services, REST APIs, SQL, or system integrations.
• Previous experience working on process automation, digital transformation, or AI automation projects.
