Full Stack Engineer (Agentic Development)
Indexed description
About the role We're hiring a full stack engineer who builds with AI, not alongside it. You'll partner with a PM to take products from zero to one.
.NET and Angular are preferred, but we are looking for someone who mostly writes code using AI tools: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf.
What you'll do
- Build new products end-to-end.
- Use agentic dev tools as your primary workflow - directing agents, not typing functions.
- Design AI agent systems with frameworks like Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or LangGraph: tool-calling, multi-step reasoning, memory, guardrails.
- Own the full stack: APIs, data, frontend, infra, CI/CD, monitoring.
- Make calls when specs are light, then validate with the PM.
- Ship to production and own uptime, cost, and performance.
Required
- 3-8 years shipping production software.
- Hands-on production use of agentic dev tools and at least one agent framework - we'll ask you to walk through what you've built.
- Cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP), containers, CI/CD.
- Fluent English; comfortable working async.
Nice to have
- .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, EF) and Angular.
- You've built and shipped your own product (side project, startup, OSS).
- Multi-agent orchestration experience.
- Azure ecosystem (Functions, App Service, AI Services).
- LLM cost management in production.
- Contributions to agentic frameworks or AI dev tooling.
Why join us
- Work from anywhere. Any location, your normal working hours, except for team syncs.
- An international team. You'll collaborate with engineers, PMs, and operators across multiple countries and time zones.
- Friendly, helpful colleagues.
- Team-building activities. Regular virtual get-togethers, sometimes in person depending on your location (if you are in a location where we have an office).
- No bureaucracy.
- AI-native by default. You'll work with the best agentic tools every day, not as a side experiment.
How to apply: Submit your resume along with links - shipped products, repos, or a write-up of a zero-to-one project. If you've built something with agentic tools, lead with that.
