ASP.NET Developer / Support Analyst

Location: Houston, TX

We're looking for an ASP.NET developer to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise web applications. You'll work closely with developers, business users, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of mission-critical systems.

What You'll Do

• Support and maintain existing ASP.NET web applications
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Test applications and troubleshoot system issues
• Collaborate with developers, business users, and project stakeholders
• Provide professional customer support to agency representatives/end users
• Manage competing priorities in a maintenance and enhancement environment
• Work with user stories, requirements documentation, and backlog items
• Participate in project meetings and Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, etc.)

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET
• Solid understanding of web application development and support practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale web applications
• Background in criminal justice, courts, law enforcement, or public sector systems
• Experience with multi-agency integrated systems
• Experience with bug fixes, enhancements, and ongoing application maintenance
• Exposure to batch report development/support
• Direct customer or end-user support experience
