Salary Range: $140,000-$170,000/yr+

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer with demonstrated expertise in .NET, SharePoint, and SharePoint Online to support Department of War (DoW) mission requirements. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications and collaboration solutions that enhance enterprise operations in a classified environment. This role requires deep technical proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional government and contractor team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain web applications using Microsoft .NET Framework/Core technologies.
• Design, customize, and administer SharePoint and SharePoint Online sites, workflows, and integrations.
• Create and maintain secure, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces aligned with DoW requirements and security standards.
• Integrate SharePoint with enterprise systems and data sources to improve collaboration and knowledge management.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization of web-based applications and sites.
• Implement security best practices to ensure compliance with DoW cybersecurity and information assurance policies.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements and translate mission needs into technical solutions.
• Support migration of legacy SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online/modern platforms.
• Develop and maintain documentation, technical diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance (mandatory).
• CompTIA Security+ certification (baseline requirement for DoW 8570 compliance).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in web development with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and SharePoint Online development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, integration).
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint and Windows server environments.
• Experience supporting secure, classified DoW environments with adherence to DISA STIGs and IA requirements.
• Knowledge of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and ability to implement them in development and configuration.
• Strong communication skills with ability to interface directly with senior DoD leadership and end users.

Desired Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSD, MCSA, or SharePoint-related certs).
• Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Prior experience supporting DoW or federal government programs
