Owns a high-impact, cross-functional product domain and guides both strategic direction and tactical execution. Act as a product leader, aligning teams, coaching peers, and influencing executive stakeholders.
Essential Responsibilities
- Define and lead product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap for high-priority, complex product areas based on stakeholder needs and business benefits.
- Drive alignment across development, technology, marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
- Use data to inform decisions and validate hypotheses through experimentation and analysis.
- Deliver measurable impact through well-executed product launches and continuous iteration.
- Translate market and customer insights into a compelling roadmap and actionable plans.
- Represent the voice of the customer at every stage of product development.
- Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to company-wide product direction and prioritization.
- Serve as a thought leader within the product organization and mentor other product managers.

Education & Years of Experience
- Minimum - 4 Year Bachelors in Marketing, Technology, Business or Related
- Minimum - 8 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related
- Preferred - 8 (specific domain)

- 10 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related within [specific domain]
License/Certifications/Training
- Preferred - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $106,500.00 to $182,600.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
