We are expanding our product team in Greece and seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Lead to help us craft modern, high-performing web experiences for our enterprise client base.

As part of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with full-stack and back-end developers to build scalable, responsive applications. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who wants to take ownership of features end-to-end, contribute to product and UX decisions, support technical execution across the team, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions for leading organizations in the corporate ecosystem.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Bootstrap, and .NET / C#.
• Design RESTful APIs and back-end services, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Apply best practices in code quality and code reviews (components, hooks, reusable patterns) .
• Take ownership of key features and ensure their successful delivery from requirements through implementation, testing, release, and support.
• Provide technical guidance to developers, review implementation approaches, and promote best practices across the codebase.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to release features frequently and safely.
• Stay up to date with modern trends and propose improvements to our stack and processes.

What you bring

• Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Software development in production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Experience taking ownership of technical deliverables, coordinating development tasks, or supporting other developers.
• Strong knowledge of .NET / C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, React and component-based architecture.
• Good understanding of the DOM, browser APIs, and responsive design principles.
• Experience working with Git and modern tooling.
• Ability to collaborate in a team, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work.
