ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of a top-tier tech company specializing in Learning Management Solutions, is looking for an experienced .NET Software Engineer to join a dynamic, rapidly growing team.

📌 Location: Athens - Northern Suburbs

📍 Working model: Hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

🖋️ Reporting to: CEO

What you will do:

As part of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with full-stack and back-end developers to build scalable, responsive applications. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who wants to take ownership of features end-to-end, contribute to product and UX decisions, support technical execution across the team, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions for industry-leading companies in the corporate ecosystem, while also taking a leading role in team coordination and execution.

To help you succeed, our client has developed a structured three-month onsite training program, equipping you with the essential technical and practical skills for the role. After the training period, a hybrid working model will be implemented.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications using React, Bootstrap, and .NET/C#.
  • Contributing to the design of RESTful APIs and back-end services while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Applying best practices in code quality, code reviews, and reusable development patterns.
  • Taking ownership of assigned features and supporting their delivery from requirements through implementation, testing, release, and support.
  • Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business needs.
  • Assisting in technical decision-making and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the codebase.
  • Working with CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and frequent software releases.
  • Demonstrating strong problem-solving and debugging skills in day-to-day development activities.
  • Staying up to date with modern technologies and contributing ideas for process and system improvements.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members when needed while promoting development best practices.

Recruitments:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in software development within production environments.
  • Experience contributing to technical deliverables, coordinating development activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Good knowledge of .NET/C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end technologies such as React.
  • Familiarity with component-based architecture, browser APIs, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience working with Git and modern development tools.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent command of English & Greek (written and spoken)
