Senior Full Stack Developer (C# / React)

A multi-manager investment platform focused on long/short equity strategies is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team. The firm emphasizes fundamental stock picking and incorporates proprietary quantitative tools backed by a robust approach to risk management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Architect, lead, and contribute hands-on to the delivery of complex, scalable financial products and enterprise applications
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern methodologies, championing SDLC, Agile, and Clean Coding
• Make key architectural and technology decisions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology strategy
• Mentor and coach junior developers; foster a culture of knowledge sharing, peer review, and skill-building
• Lead the modernization of legacy systems and processes, implementing cloud-first, automated solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, quantitative, and engineering teams
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks; ensure all solutions are robust, highly available, and aligned with industry best practices

• 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Deep expertise in C# on .NET, Python, and Node.js
• Advanced experience with modern web frameworks (Angular, React)
• Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL/SQL Server) and familiar with KQL
• Extensive experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway
• Proficient in architecting real-time and event-driven systems
• Demonstrated mastery of CI/CD best practices (TeamCity preferred)
• Expert in object-oriented and functional design, MVC/MVVM, secure coding, and automated testing practices
• Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000, Plus Bonus
