Senior Software Engineer – Hardware Integration

Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys solving real-world engineering challenges by building prototypes, integrating software with hardware, and testing solutions in both the lab and the field.

This is an R&D-focused role where you'll develop proof-of-concepts and pilot-ready solutions using C#, .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and modern cloud technologies, while working closely with hardware, IoT, telemetry, and edge devices. You'll help evaluate emerging technologies and influence the next generation of transportation solutions.

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Azure, and SQL Server
• Experience building prototypes, PoCs, or experimental systems
• Background integrating software with hardware, IoT, telemetry, or connected devices
• Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud, networking, hardware, and software
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps is a plus
