Job Summary
As a mid-level, experienced Application Support Developer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and delivering high-quality world-class software as well as fostering the growth of our Partner relationships. We need you to help us create the next generation of ATI’s software portfolio.
Responsibilities and Duties
An Application Support Developer is expected to:
- Invest energy in learning ATI systems as they are currently
- Brainstorm new and more ideal ways for ATI’s software to look and operate
- Be comfortable with jumping into a fast-paced, growing organization
- Investigate issues and come with long-lasting resolutions
- Communicate often and effectively with fellow developers, business stakeholders and partners
- Level 2 development support:
- Working with tier 1 support team, work in the Help Desk ticketing application, troubleshooting, developing scripts and support to the ATI Application Developers
- Act as an escalation path for the senior developers
- Net, C++/C#, SQL Server
- Support 2 core platforms:
- Core homegrown systems to schedule, finance, invoice, etc.
- Homegrown EMR
- No new development, supporting bug fixes and enhancements
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Candidate must have strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- 2 to 3 years experience as a software developer.
- Proven ability to work well in a team.
- Exhibits an understanding of excellent quality of work.
- A self-motivated individual contributor.

- Proven experience developing using C#
- Understands or have experience with Angular 5 (or anything before) or at a minimum be strong with jQuery.
Optional but preferred Skills:
- Previously worked with SaaS architecture (or micro-services) for high-availability
- Experience with software built to scale quickly
- Used MS Azure or AWS for development
- Message Queue experience
- SSIS familiarity
- WCF services
- JS Unit Testing with Karma or others, NPM packages, and Angular 2 experience
- C# NUnit, Dapper, Entity framework experience
- Agile methodology experience
- Healthcare software (EMR/HER, HL7) or Financial/Accounting software experience
