Full Stack Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

 

• Design and implement complex features for the Swiss financial market in close collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders, taking end-to-end responsibility from design through to operations.
• Actively contribute to technical solution architecture, making informed decisions on design, technologies, and integration patterns.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes, architecture, and team collaboration as an experienced member of a self-organized Scrum team.
• Ensure high software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer (ICT Developer – Level 2 / Professional).
• Proven experience delivering software within agile Scrum teams, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end software delivery, from solution design through to production operations.
• Ability to contribute to architectural and technical decision-making, including choice of technologies and integration patterns.
• Solid grasp of software engineering best practices: code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and clean code principles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working directly with Product Owners and business stakeholders
