The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Mid/Senior) to manage and enhance our Core Banking information system.The successful candidate will work on an existing enterprise architecture, handling both maintenance and the development of new features, while ensuring system stability and delivering a positive impact on the end-user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the central information system on a legacy platform, ensuring operational continuity.
  • Design and implement new logical and architectural features on the Back-end in a .NET environment.
  • Translate functional requirements and user needs into structured technical specifications and scalable software solutions.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

  • Experience in .NET Core platform development, with in-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and the main design patterns.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful Web APIs and service-oriented architectures.
  • Knowledge of the Angular framework and strong attention to User Experience (UX) for developing intuitive and functional user interfaces.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, performance optimization, and T-SQL writing.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps for software lifecycle management and CI/CD pipelines.

Functional Knowledge

  • Knowledge of banking/financial processes and the related compliance and data security logics.
  • Ability to interpret the business needs of stakeholders and end users, translating them into product requirements.
  • Experience in technical and architectural software design based on functional specifications.

Ideal Profile & Soft Skills

  • Experience in the development and maintenance of complex, high-criticality software systems.
  • Enterprise background: familiarity with operational dynamics, processes, and workflows typical of structured corporate environments (e.g., Fintech or Banking).
  • Ability to take full ownership of tasks autonomously, while demonstrating a collaborative attitude and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to bring innovation to both the approach and the technologies used.

Required languages: English and italian B2

Salary: We offer an interesting salary with a permanent Swiss contract

Work location: Ticino, partially in SmartWorking from Switzerland
