.NET Full Stack Developer (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Dallas, TX (Local Candidates Preferred)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (W2 Required for Initial 2 Years)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced .NET Full Stack Developers to join a team supporting a critical mortgage servicing application within the home lending industry. This application helps homeowners retain ownership of their properties and avoid foreclosure by providing essential mortgage-related information and support services.

The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience with a primary focus on front-end/UI development while also contributing to backend services and API development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.
• Build and support RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to automation efforts and application quality initiatives.
• Support enhancements and new development within mortgage servicing applications.

Required

• 2+ years of hands-on .NET development experience (5–6+ years preferred for senior-level candidates).
• Strong experience with:
• C#
• .NET Core
• ASP.NET
• REST API Development
• Full Stack Web Application Development
• Front-end experience with:
• Angular (Preferred)
• React (Acceptable)
• Ability to work across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience participating throughout the SDLC.

• Candidates must be able to work on a W2 basis for the initial 2-year contract period.
• No fresh graduates; hands-on development experience is required.
• Dallas-area candidates are strongly preferred.
