.Net Application Developer - Industry Packages

Location : Dallas, TX

Design, develop, and maintain complex applications using NET frameworks(ASP.NET, .NET Core). - Lead and mentor development team members when needed, providing technical guidance and best practices.

- Work with Oracle databases for data modeling, query optimization, and stored procedure development. -

Manage application deployments and configurations on Windows Server environments.

- Collaborate with product owner , scrum master , and other developers in Agile/Scrum workflows.

- Analyze and gather requirements, produce technical specifications, and estimate development timelines.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues.

- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and testing processes to ensure quality and performance.

Required skills: -

Experience in software development with .NET technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Core).

- Strong understanding of Oracle database development and optimization.

. No Remote. No T&L Hands‑on experience managing applications on Windows Server platforms.

- Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.

- Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance to less experienced personnel.

Nice to have skills: Experience with GIS products, particularly Hexagon Intergraph.
