The Team

You will be a key part of the DTA Faculty & Delivery team in Costa Rica, which collaborates across geographies to build and deliver world-class technical upskilling programs. The team is responsible for enabling continuous learning journeys through live sessions, labs, mentoring, and hands-on engagements with Deloitte professionals.

You will work closely with other global SMEs, content developers, and operations to deliver practical, business-aligned technology learning programs with measurable outcomes.


Work You Will Do:

As a Manager, Technology Facilitator specializing in .Net Full-stack & GCP (good to have), you will primarily be responsible for developing content and facilitating technical training sessions for .Net Full-stack and GCP on the themes below. You should also have a good understanding of all related concepts at basic and at an advanced level.


  • C#: In-depth understanding of advanced C# concepts, including object-oriented programming, modern language features (generics, LINQ, async/await, dependency injection), records, pattern matching, robust error handling, and applying these in enterprise-grade application development.
  • ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API: Comprehensive knowledge of developing secure, scalable web applications and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API. Includes practical expertise in authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT), API versioning, routing, model binding, exception handling, and end-to-end API lifecycle management.
  • Front-End (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue): Strong experience building responsive and user-friendly interfaces with HTML5, modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, preprocessors like SASS/LESS), and advanced JavaScript (ES6+). Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, including component-based architecture, state management, RESTful API integration, and delivering accessible, cross-browser/cross-device experiences.
  • SQL: Strong experience in designing and managing relational databases, writing efficient queries, stored procedures, triggers, and supporting advanced SQL features for business-critical data solutions. Ability to demonstrate best practices in database normalization, indexing, and query optimization.
  • GCP (Google Cloud Platform) (good to have): Practical experience deploying, managing, and monitoring applications on GCP services, including Google App Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, and leveraging cloud-native design patterns, IAM security, resource management, and cost controls. Ability to train learners in using CI/CD pipelines with Google Cloud Build, infrastructure as code (Deployment Manager/Terraform), and operational best practices for scalable, resilient delivery on GCP.
  • Unit Testing : Practical experience with automated testing in . NET using NUnit/Xunit, including writing, maintaining, and executing unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and regression prevention as part of the overall development lifecycle.


The Successful Candidate Will Possess:

  • Adult Training Experience: Experienced in explaining technical concepts to adult learners and providing business-specific technical examples to make learning relevant and practical, including coverage of end-to-end scenarios from an implementation standpoint.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends
  • Communications Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
  • Facilitation Certifications: Possession of relevant MCP/MCSD Certifications.
  • Market-recognized Certifications: Possession of relevant GCP certifications.
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ethical Considerations: Awareness of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices.
  • Curriculum development: Building comprehensive, skill-targeted curricula and assessments for multiple technical levels, utilizing hands-on labs, real code examples, and architecture/design challenges.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 8 years of total professional experience in technology, encompassing both hands-on development roles and technical training or mentoring.
  • At least 5 years of deep, hands-on expertise in:
  • Full-stack . NET development: Building and deploying enterprise-grade, cross-platform applications using . NET Core and . NET 6/7/8 frameworks with end-to-end implementation experience.
  • Advanced C# programming: Applying modern language features (records, pattern matching, LINQ, async/await, dependency injection, generics) to architect robust, maintainable solutions.
  • Front-End Development: Designing and developing user interfaces using HTML5, modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, pre/post-processors), JavaScript (ES6+), and one or more front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Proven ability to deliver responsive, accessible, and performant web applications integrated with back-end APIs.
  • ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API: Architecting and implementing secure RESTful APIs and dynamic web applications, including authentication (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT), API versioning, routing, error handling, and best practices in API security and lifecycle management.
  • Entity Framework: Database design and management expertise, including code-first/database-first modeling, migrations, performance tuning, optimized query writing, transaction management, and effective unit/integration testing.
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (good to have): Deploying, managing, and monitoring applications using GCP services. GCP certifications (such as Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Developer/Architect) preferred.
  • Technical Training & Content Development: Designing and delivering technical training sessions or workshops (virtual and/or in-person) for engineering teams or clients, including the development and continual enhancement of technical content, labs, and assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences through both oral and written means.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present data-driven insights.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
