We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Lead the development of AI-powered sourcing and procurement platforms.
- Define and drive the technology vision and roadmap for AI-enabled platforms.
- Own architectural decisions for LLM-powered and agentic systems.
- Partner with procurement, supply chain, finance, product, and data science teams.
- Operate in a fast-moving environment with rapid iteration and strong technical rigor.
- Lead and mentor a team of platform, infrastructure, and AI engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of technology related work experience.
- Minimum 2 years leveraging LLMs in development.
- 8+ years of building scalable services on public cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS).
- 8+ years’ experience designing, building and operating large-scale distributed systems and infrastructure.
- Proficient in RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, and skill/tool use.
