Role Description
We are looking for an AI Engineer - Agentic Workflows to join the AI Hub at Warsaw. In this role, you will design, develop, and operate complex, production-ready agentic AI systems - from architecture and orchestration to secure, scalable operations. You know how to transform innovative prototypes into robust enterprise solutions that deliver reliable business value in day-to day operations. The position is carried out within a direct employment contract and requires a high degree of professionalism, accountability, and service orientation.
Your Responsibilities
▪ Collaborate closely with business units to understand processes, challenges, and requirements, translating them into scalable and technically sound agentic AI solutions
▪ Design, develop, and operate production-ready agentic AI systems, including multi-agent architectures, tool-using agents, and (semi-)autonomous workflows across cloud and on premises environments
▪ Evaluate, select, and integrate suitable agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) as well as external tools, APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and enterprise data sources
▪ Build robust orchestration and governance capabilities, including state management, memory, error handling, human-in-the-loop mechanisms, harness engineering, and guardrails to ensure secure and reliable AI operations
▪ Develop APIs and reusable services to integrate agentic AI systems into the existing enterprise IT landscape and business processes
▪ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring capabilities, and evaluation frameworks for agentic AI systems, including tracing, logging, performance measurement, and quality assurance
▪ Work closely with AI Engineers, Applied AI Consultants, AI Architects, and business stakeholders while actively contributing to the definition of standards, best practices, and governance for Agentic AI within the AI Hub
What We Are Looking For?
▪ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
▪ Proven experience in developing and operating AI or software solutions across different business domains, ideally with a focus on Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
▪ Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
▪ Solid understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including tool use, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), state machines, multi-agent orchestration, and prompt engineering.
▪ Experience with DevOps practices, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines ▪ A hands-on mindset with a strong focus on quality, combined with the ability to thrive in dynamic and complex technical environments
▪ Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken; German is an advantage. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders
▪ Customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on usability, business value, and user adoption
▪ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams

▪ Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
▪ Microsoft Applied Skills – Build AI Apps with Azure AI Foundry
▪ Microsoft Applied Skills – Develop Generative AI Solutions with Azure OpenAI Service
▪ Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
▪ Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
▪ ITIL® 4 Foundation
What We Offer?
▪ Contract of employment and an attractive benefits package
▪ A technically challenging role at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing fields in artificial intelligence
▪ The opportunity to design and build enterprise-grade Agentic AI architectures within a global industrial environment
▪ Close collaboration with a multidisciplinary AI Hub team, working in a highly collaborative and innovative environment ▪ The freedom to shape technical standards, best practices, and the future of Agentic AI at TRUMPF ▪ Excellent opportunities for continuous learning, professional development, and exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies
