Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud, generative, and agentic AI technologies.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Experience Requirements (Cumulative):

At least 2 years of experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including the design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.

Within this experience, at least 1 year should involve working with generative AI or agentic AI technologies to build scalable AI/ML solutions.

Technical Skills:

Frameworks & Libraries:

Python-based AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, Google ADK.

Cloud Platforms:

Experience delivering analytical projects using one of the following:

GCP: Vertex AI, Vector Stores, AI Agents

Azure: Machine Learning, OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search

AWS: SageMaker, Athena, Forecast, Rekognition, Bedrock

Algorithms & Concepts:

Solid understanding of machine learning and data science techniques including:

Clustering, regression, classification, forecasting

Neural networks, hyperparameter optimization

Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs)

Other Skills:

Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, data-driven solutions.

Strong appetite for continuous learning and skill development in emerging AI technologies.

Professional working proficiency in English.

Working Conditions:

Location: Our headquarters is in Warsaw, with an additional office in Kraków.

Flexibility: While most of our work is delivered remotely, our consulting model - through Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) - also involves on-site collaboration. You should be willing and able to travel to client locations across Europe (and occasionally beyond) for short or long-term engagements, depending on project needs.
