Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and enterprise integrations using Python and/or Node.js. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and optimizing high-quality, production-ready solutions. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to engineering best practices, and the ability to support rapid prototyping and enterprise-grade deployments.

Key Skills

• Strong Python expertise with experience building and deploying production-grade backend systems
• Hands-on experience developing applications using LLMs, including prompt engineering and orchestration
• Proven experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases
• Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen)
• Strong system design skills with experience building and scaling cloud-based applications

Salary Range: $105,000 - 145,000 a year
