AI Adoption & Digital Engagement Expert

Key Responsibility

Driving engagement, communication, capability building, and real AI usage to accelerate Linde Engineering’s Digital & AI transformation—while ensuring business value from AI investments.

Scope of Work & Strategic Impact

• Drive AI & Digital adoption across Linde Engineering by being an expert on employee engagement, upskilling, and communication – ensuring consistent and scalable usage of AI across regions.
• Drive engagement especially for the newly established AI and Data community of practices in Linde Engineering
• Enable next-generation ways of working by embedding business agility, data thinking, prompting standards, agentic workflows, and AI tools into daily operations.
• Steer adoption through clear KPIs, insights, and continuous optimization to maximize value realization of AI investments and build sustainable AI capabilities and culture.
• Translate business needs into AI capability needs and practical AI use cases, acting as the bridge between engineering teams and AI products to accelerate business impact of AI & Digital

Key Responsibilities

• Drive AI adoption and engagement across Linde engineering
• Support & build scalable upskilling and capability programs
• Develop and execute communication and change initiatives
• Translate business needs into AI capability needs and practical AI use cases
• Enable prompting standards and agentic capabilities incl. building AI agents and agentic workflows
• Manage and orchestrate LE Impact platform channels (starting with Data & Analytics), ensuring structured request intake, user guidance, and scaled adoption, Ensure data quality of demands and adherence to guidelines, Track adoption, usage, and business impact

Profile & Qualifications

• BE – BTech / BSc degree / BCA in Engineering or Business, Master is a plus
• 3+ years of relevant Experience in AI/digital adoption, transformation, customer succeed
• Strong stakeholder management in global environment
• Hands-on expertise of LLMs, prompting, agentic capabilities and AI use cases, incl. building and designing agents, agentic workflows and set-up
• Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions, especially in AI agentic and LLM, Microsoft CoPilot etc.
• Microsoft Agentic Solutions: Agent Builder, GitHub, etc.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
