Generative AI Instructor

TheSSML is seeking a passionate and experienced Generative AI Instructor to deliver cutting-edge instruction to students enrolled in our AI programs. The instructor will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering coursework on topics such as large language models (LLMs), image/video generation, prompt engineering, transformers, diffusion models, and ethical AI. The role includes both theoretical instruction and hands-on project mentorship.

Skills Required

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API, and other relevant GenAI frameworks. Knowledge of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, RunwayML, ElevenLabs, etc. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (AI/ML toolkits). Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple, engaging ways.

• Educator & Facilitator
• Deliver clear, engaging, and up-to-date lectures on Generative AI concepts such as LLMs, GANs, transformers, and multimodal AI.
• Use real-world examples, case studies, and tools to make learning practical and industry-relevant.
• Curriculum Developer
• Design and update modules, assignments, and projects in line with the latest trends in Generative AI.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to structure content for beginner to advanced learners.
• Hands-on Project Mentor
• Guide students in building real-time Generative AI applications (e.g., chatbots, AI art tools, content generators).
• Support capstone projects, hackathons, and industry-style prototype development.
• Evaluator & Feedback Provider
• Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, presentations, and final projects.
• Provide constructive feedback and improvement paths for learners.
• Industry Bridge & Thought Leader
• Introduce students to current tools like OpenAI, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Share latest research, ethical insights, and industrial use cases of Generative AI.
• Student Mentor & Guide
• Offer career mentorship, guide students toward certifications, research work, or internships in the Generative AI field.
• Facilitate one-on-one doubt-clearing and motivation sessions.
• Research & Innovation Contributor (Optional)
• Contribute to blogs, research publications, or open-source projects under TheSSML’s innovation wing.
• Keep exploring novel Generative AI models and applications.
